The Youngstown State Penguin Club hosts the 21st annual Scholarship Ring Banquet on Tues., Feb. 19, at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman. The dinner begins at 6:15 p.m. followed by the program at 7:30 p.m.
      The Penguin Club will present Penguin of the Year awards to the O’Leary Family and to Drs. Michael and Dianne Miladore.
      Individual tickets are available for $100. Full-table $800 and half-table $500, packages are also available. Individuals can also sponsor a student-athlete dinner for $25.

      Proceeds from the dinner fund YSU’s athletic scholarship program and raise money to provide championship rings for student-athletes and coaches.
