Meeting on Mon., July 27, the Boardman Board of Trustees approved the purchase of a Bobcat compact excavator with accessories, including two teeth buckets, a ditching bucket and tamper/breaker bar for use with storm sewer repair work in the township. Cost of the excavator is $75,892. Road Supt. Kim Blasco said the sale of asphalt grindings from the 2026 road resurfacing program will be used to finance the purchase of the excavator.
