Meeting on Tues., Dec. 16, Boardman Township Trustees moved to request Ohio Attorney General David Yost to look into the issue of the non-payment of property taxes by the Kohan Retail Investment Group, owner of the Southern Park Mall. The request cited the manner in which the taxes weren’t paid, in particular with a check that bounced.
